Hello, my name is Elisabeta Dalea, and I’m truly honored to share my knowledge of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) with you. As a mother of two and someone who has walked the path of daughter, parent, career woman, and compassionate human being, I understand the many layers of life—and how easily it can feel like it’s slipping out of our hands, even when we’re doing our best.
Through years of study and practice, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and how our emotions influence our physical and mental health. I specialize in helping clients release emotional blockages—often leading to powerful shifts in areas like anxiety, stress, trauma, pain, and overall emotional wellbeing.
Every experience we have is processed by the brain and felt throughout the body. Each emotion, whether joyful or distressing, creates real chemical changes in our cells. My role is to guide you in gently shifting those responses so you can start feeling better—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
My own journey with EFT/TFT has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of healing and growth. It’s this lived experience that allows me to bring not just technique, but empathy, respect, and deep care into every session. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and live a life that truly feels like your own.
As an EFT practitioner I am committed to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to explore their emotions freely. My mission is to empower individuals, helping them regain emotional balance, overcome personal obstacles, and improve their quality of life.

It has been proven to effectively address a range of issues- from anxiety, chronic pain, addiction, and fear to weight control, financial abundance, stress relief, and so much more. It's also one of the easiest and fastest practices to learn.

Studies show that EFT tapping can improve psychological disorders. An improvement has found in 90% of patients who received acupoint tapping therapy compared to 63% of the CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) participants. Only 3 acupoint tapping sessions were needed before an individual's anxiety reduced, while an average of 15 was needed for CBT to show results.
If altering the limiting pathways in your brain or changing your biology isn't enough of a motivation to get you to tap, consider the negative effects of frequent stress responses on your health. If not cleared through tapping or another technique, the emotions connected to disturbing events, experiences, or thoughts will continue to trigger the stress response in you, perhaps many times per day.
